BeBook Return Policy

You can return your BeBook eReader you purchased directly from Mybebook.com for a full refund within 7 days of the day you received it as long as it is in new condition. Your BeBook eReader is not eligible for return and refund after the 7-day return period has expired.

NOTE
If you purchased your BeBook eReader form a third-party retail store, you must return your BeBook to the retailer where you made the purchase according to the retailer's return policies.


To return your BeBook within 7 days of receipt if purchased from Mybebook.com

1. Prepare BeBook for shipping
Please place your BeBook in the original packaging. You may still return the BeBook if the box has been opened. It is necessary to include the manual and accessories in order to get a full refund  (minus shipping cost).

2. Print and send along the RMA Form
Please contact our Support Team at support@mybebook.com for assistance with your return. Your BeBook must be returned with the RMA Form filled in and printed out.

NOTE
Handwritten forms will not be accepted. We like to avoid wrong shipments due to bad readability of customer information.

3. Give return package to the delivery company
Please wrap the package securely, attach the return form and take your return package to a drop-off location of the delivery company.

4. Final step
When we have received and processed your return, our Support Team will request the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order. You should receive your refund in 5-10 business days.

Your BeBook eReader is covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty. If you need service under the warranty or would prefer some personal assistance, please contact our Support Team at support@mybebook.com so they can help determine how best to help you. We'll gladly provide service or replacement according to the warranty guidelines.
