1. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order.

When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, like special features and technical specifications.


2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "Order Now" button on the store overview page or on the item's product detail page. 

Once you've added an item to your Shopping Bag, keep searching or browsing until your bag contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking the [x] at the top of every page of our website. 


3. Proceed to Checkout 

Take a minute to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Bag. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the 'remove' button at the rightside followed by clicking the 'update bag' button under the 'remove' button. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Bag.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Bag, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. 


4. Sign In 

When you already have an acount at mybebook.com, continue by entering your email address and password at the I'm a returning customer section.

When this is your first order, continue by filling in your personal details at the 'create a new account' section.


5. Check your Shipping Address 

First, check if the displayed shipping address is correct. If not, you can click on the 'change shipping address' link and adjust the shipping address.

Secondly, check if the applicable shipping rate is displayed. It is based upon your IP address. If it does not display the correct shipping rate, please contact shop@mybebook.com.

At this section you are also able to add a comment about your order.

Continue by clicking on the 'continue' button at the right buttom.


6. Payment Methode

If the billing address and shipping address differ from each other, you can change it right here.

Mybebook.com accepts MasterCard, Visa and PayPal payments. All orders must be prepaid. 


7. Last check

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments and confirm when finished your order. You will be re-directed to the PayPal paying process screen. Here you can choose to pay with your credit card (left side) or with your PayPal account (right side).


8. Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review the order you placed, click the link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able see the particulars of your order without having to contact us.

 

If you place an order, you will receive an automatic reply with the status of your order. 

'Pending' means the payment is not yet finalized. Either because you cancelled, in that case we will not process your order, or because the Paypal transaction has not yet been approved.

If the payment will proceed, the status will automatically change to 'Processing'.  

'Processing' means we will process and ship your order. It means your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an update when your order has been shipped.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Our intent is to offer you a secure experience. Therefore, all orders are subject to security check which may result in a shipment delay of up to 48 hours.

In order for you to receive your product in the fastest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. We are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.

Due to the nature of pre-orders, we are unable to provide real-time order status on the Website. All pre-orders are scheduled to ship as soon as they arrive. You should receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Sometimes items in your order may fall out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock at the time it was originally estimated to ship, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay. We will continue trying to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
